VVM is the network of environmental professionals. Sustainable thinkers and doers meet in our association.<\/p>

Its more than 1,000 members come from very diverse backgrounds. From self-employed noise expert to landscape ecologist at a research organisation and from circular economy employee at a consultancy firm to climate adaptation specialist at the province; at VVM, you meet them all.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You get in touch with other members easily. Useful if you want to find relevant interviewees for your thesis or are looking for an internship. But also if you want to discuss your career options. For this, the VVM mentor system is particularly suitable: dedicated VVM members who offer their time, skills and knowledge to help you with questions about your studies and\/or (future) career.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is also possible to become active in one of about 15 working groups on topics such as: climate & energy, biodiversity and food & agriculture. Here, members discuss the latest developments in their field and organise events on the topic of their (professional) interest. For students and starters, there is working group Young.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You can find inspiration at over 20 activities a year. These activities range from a conference on planetary justice to a VVM caf\u00e9 on nature-inclusive design of our wetland landscape and from an excursion to a wind farm to a networking drink for young professionals.
